Welcome to the Learning and Life Skills Program
The Kenner Collegiate Learning and Life Skills Program is designed to offer students with developmental disabilities opportunities for growth in numerous facets of their lives. At present, there are four high school LLS classes at Kenner Collegiate. Each class differs in the age range of the students enrolled. As well, each of these classes is complied of students possessing a variety of learning disabilities. The primary areas of programming include: kitchen and culinary skill development, functional mathematics, functional language and communication skills, social skills development, work experience opportunities and healthy and active living.
